Tulip's POV.

It was just like I had been punched in the guts as I stared at Xavier, whose jaw was tightening as he watched Danzo wrap his hands around my waist and draw me closer to him.

My back met his chest and I let out a gasp when Danzo began placing kisses on my neck. I was too shocked to move but a moan escaped my lips when he bit a tender spot.

I looked towards Xavier whose eyes were reddening as he stormed over. The scent hit me, stronger this time and my wolf was flipping happily in my head.

As Xavier's stare burned into me, I felt my nipples hardening and before I could stop Leslie, she whispered the word.

"Mate."

No,no, there was no way I could accept Xavier as my mate!

Danzo froze in his actions and looked up then Xavier took the opportunity to pull me out of his arms. Danzo tried grabbing me back but;

"You bastard." Xavier roared and kicked him in the chest hard.
