•ADRIAN• I was in my office, working on my laptop, when my personal assistant came in with the coffee I asked her to get for me over twenty minutes ago. •BRIANNA• I sat for about fifteen minutes before I was finally called upon. I got up, straightened out my clothes and walked into the office. I was dumbfounded by what I saw when I stepped into the room. Sitting on a swivel chair behind a mahogany desk, was the man who got me fired yesterday. He was seated majestically and pressing his phone like he didn’t have a care in the world. He was so engrossed in whatever he was doing on his phone that he didn’t notice that someone came in. He had dirty blonde hair, bushy eyebrows, hazel eyes with gray flecks, a pointed nose, small pink lips that looked so kissable, and a neatly trimmed beard.
