Chapter 50

It was Saturday and Aria was rushing out of the house when Alice sent her a message. It said she should come to a hall just near their office.

"It's a freaking Saturday!" Aria groaned. Saturdays were supposed to be her free days but she needed money for her father's treatment. Maybe Alice would lend her some.

She got to the hall and she was met with the shock of her life.

"Will you marry me Ariana?" Ethan asked as he stood on the cold Pavement.

The hall was beautifully decorated with lights and love balloons with a little bit of roses spread around the hall.

She couldn't believe him.

Ethan stared at her surprised face, he tried to decipher her emotions, it seemed chocked and confused at the same time, he searched for something else. He searched for happiness in her eyes but found none, maybe the other emotions masked them. It had always been hard to read her emotions.

Ariana looked at him as she moved back, the crowd had already gathered outside ready to congratulate them in the hall.
