As l sat in the class the next morning, I found myself searching for John. This was the only class we had together and I was trembling in fear knowing that he could come in at any moment.

" Girl!", Alecia's high-pitched voice scared the hell out of me as she sat down. "Where have you been?! And why are your eyes all puffy?", She asked.
