3 days later …
Carolina pulled her car into the hotel parking lot. This afternoon she would be meeting and interviewing about the Companion position. If they liked her and her qualifications she would be hired. She hoped she didn't end up with some rich, bratty kid.
She walked inside and immediately saw a sign that led her to the banquet hall. She opened the door on her left and saw about fifty uniquely beautiful women waiting in the large room. Everyone was dressed their best and seated as they had been instructed to do so upon entering the banquet hall. No one was talking. She noticed they were all attractive and around her age.
She chose to sit in an empty middle row. There was a stage at the very front of the room. A few minutes passed and then a nicely dressed wo
She wanted to say no, but something wouldn't let her. "I can talk for just a moment. What's up?" It had been three days. Her mother's health was still doing really well. She had been able to attend class and this interview. It was a good feeling to be able not to worry so much about her or anyone. "Look, I'm really sorry about the other day. I didn't expect it. I ran into Noel the other day. She told me about your mom and how sick she’s been. How come you never told me, Carolina?” “I don’t know. I guess maybe I didn’t want sympathy.” "Why don't you come over tonight.” He suggested. “I really shouldn’t. You were right about me.” She admitted.
“Excuse me!” Carolina interrupted her before she could go any further. Her ex turned and looked at her then. His expression was that of a caught rat. "Slut." Trish spit at Carolina. "What did you just say?" She asked her, already knowing what was said. “You heard what I said. You’re a slut. “ She scoffed at the ironic remark. Carolina said nothing else, just picked up her keys and walked past her, making sure to shoulder shrug Trish hard enough to watch her falter as she exited Russ' home. “Carolina!” He called after her as she walked out of his front door. "Fuck!” She heard him yell.
Geo had been two years, three months, one week, and five days without the companionship or touch of the opposite sex. It wasn't because he didn't enjoy the touch of a woman. It was more because he was simply too busy and felt like a lady deserved her lover's full attention, and the past few years he was unable to do that. He never got home at a decent time, midnight was usually an early night for him. He went to bed even later working on the next takeover or business deal. What woman would want to be a part of his hectic life? Before becoming CEO he had known his father encouraged in-house relationships. He had dated three of his secretaries while he was married to Geo's mother. Once Geo was in charge he put a stop to it. He had replaced all the supervisors his father had hired except for one. Johnny DelMonte. He
Carolina arrived at the Mile Road Motel at 8:00 p.m. sharp. A valet took her car and the doorman opened the glass door for her to enter into the lobby. The hotel was very nice. It gave off a luxurious vibe. She knew could never afford to stay in a place like this. It was definitely out of her league. When she stood a few feet away from the front desk. A man she knew to be the concierge smiled and greeted her. “Welcome to the Mile Road Hotel. You are the final interviewee to arrive.” He walked from behind the counter and stood in front of her. She smiled at him. He smiled back. “I apologize. I didn’t know someone would be anticipating my arrival.”
It had taken Geo nine months just to convince his father and another three, along with a promise not to fire any of the women who worked there. His father had explained that the hotel was not just a brothel but also a safe haven for the women. They would be able to have a stable, legitimate income while helping themselves stay off the streets. By keeping his promise to his father, he had gotten the attention of non-profit organizations geared toward helping sex workers. They all wanted to apply his business model so they could help the sex workers in their community. Eventually making it nationwide. He hadn't really thought about it like the life-transforming initiative it was. He had thought he was just keeping a promise to his father, and in the process he ended up helping women get back in the mainstream workforce, providing them stable income so that they were f
Carolina had been waiting in the opulent Suite for over ten minutes when the doors opened and in walked one of the most gorgeous men she had ever laid eyes on. She automatically straightened her posture and stood up from the white sofa. He was impeccably dressed in an expensive, dark, gray suit with a thin black tie and matching shoes. “Hello.” She smiled out of nervousness. Now he stood a few feet in front of her. He introduced himself. “Hello, I'm Geo.” “I’m Carolina. It's nice to meet you.” “Pretty name.” She smiled at his compliment. She watched him survey the room as i
It all made sense now. The expensive gift bags. The quirky questions. Carolina felt like a fool. All this time, she had thought this interview was for a traditional companion position, not a high priced hooker. “I...I don’t know if I would be… er...primal enough for you.” “Really?” He smirked at her flustered response. She blushed when he looked her in the eyes with an intensity she hadn't felt. Her heart raced. He was so handsome and sexy. He was nothing she had ever experienced in life. Russ Evers was an amateur in looks and style when compared to him. She could also tell he was experienced in bed. “As my companion, I am willing to pay you $150,000 upfront. Plus all of your living expen
"What?" He asked. "I am allowed to visit my mother as much as possible. Until she is fully recovered from her operation. " He admired her gumption and her sense of responsibility. Her mother was a lucky woman to have such a kind and caring daughter. He felt even better about his decision to go along with this. "I see nothing wrong with that. Now, let's fill your glass and drink to us, and to your mother having a speedy recovery." She thought that gesture was kind of him. He filled the champagne flutes once more. He walked back over to her and put the drink in her hand once more. "To us." She was in
