CHAPTER 44— I WANT YOU SAFE

Xavier didn't return home until the sky was dotted with stars and yet Celia had sat in the chair by the bed and 'impatiently' waited until the bastard stepped through the front door. She was aware that he was okay since Gabriel had told her when he got back several hours ago, if not for that nice man, then she'd be worried sick about him...but Xavier didn't seem to care about that.
