CHAPTER 56— ALL FOR REVENGE

He rammed the knife forward and Xavier's heart froze in his chest. "Don—!"

The sound of a knife puncturing skin was heard, but instead of the alpha who laid on the floor, a knife was stuck in the perpetrator's head. Blood ran from the wound and slowly, the veins in his head rose and instead of red, blue ran through them...wolfbane.

As soon as he fell to the floor, Xavier...well not just Xavier but everybody in front turned to Celeste who stood speechless at the back. Her lips were quivering and Xavier could've sworn on his life that he heard her heartbeat. "Where did you get the knife?"

"I-I...I picked it up on my way in...from the guards."

"Then...nice throw."

"Y-You thought me, remember?"

"Yea—"

"Not much time for a memory trip, who's got four more knives?"

Everybody turned to Liam, then to the four men in front of them. They rushed forward, launching a filmsy attack that Gabriel, Liam, Fredd and Xavier countered. Pretty soon all four was on the floor, unable to breathe.
