Michael POV:

When I was driven to the police station, I was so confident Cal would get me out in an heartbeat, I threw low jibs and obvious insults in their face. They both took it without uttering a reply, except Mark who grunted some inaudible replies a few times.

The confidence and arrogance soon dissipated into thin air when I was thrown into a little concrete cell, devoid of anything to sit or rest on.

I wasn't allowed so much as a phone call and the cuffs were left on my wrists.

They were smart to realize, the person I was confident would get me out can't, if he doesn't know I was here. And they were right, Cal can only get me out if he knew where I was.

I threated them at first, told them I was a lawyer and they had no right to keep me confined without a phone call. I told them I could sue the whole department and won't stop at that I will make sure they lose their jobs. They simply ignored my threats and watched me like a mad man, they knew I will give up at some point and I
