You don't seem very scared Jane," Adrian scoffed as they both settled down inside his car. She could tell that they weren't the only ones in the vehicle as a faint cloud of smoke kept rising from behind them, the backseat was undoubtedly occupied. The only information Jane did not have was how many people were sitting there.

"I must be losing my powers, it's either that or you"re getting attracted to me Jane," he continued shamelessly as she stretched his hand across the space between their seats and brushed aside the strand of hair that fell across her face.
