Chapter 42: Back Home

It had been hours since she left the capital city and was buried on the bus seat. She got tired of looking at the sceneries and watching them change from being a place full of tall buildings to a highway, then to green farms.

The sight of cows and goats munching grass on the side was a familiar sight to her. The more she saw rice fields, the more she felt that she was coming closer to home. Her heart feels warm and there was a tingling sensation within her. She was excited to come home and meet her family.

When the bus entered the familiar roads, Bea could feel her heart thumping fast. She had been away for just a week but she already missed her family a lot. She smiled as she saw the familiar stores, the familiar road, and the familiar terminal where the bus stopped.
