Chapter 67: The Movies, The Arcades, and The Stores
“Mommy!” Caleb immediately ran to Bea when he saw her standing outside the gates of his grandfather’s house. “Mommy, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to offend or hurt your feelings. I was just a bit insecure. I promise I won’t do it again!”
Bea watched her son cry while hugging her tightly. She was about to carry him but Callum stopped her and carried him instead.
Bea smiled at her son and wiped his tears. “Were you hurt? Mommy is so sorry that I made our Caleb hurt. When you feel something like that, you should tell us, okay?”
Caleb nodded his head. “Yes, mommy. I won’t make you worry again.”
“Very good. You know that we don’t want our precious Caleb to be sad, right? Even if we have a new baby, you are still our first baby, okay? Our love for you will never change. Remember that, okay?” Bea explained.
