Chapter 16: Sugar baby

Andre sat before a keyboard in his office, with James, his assistant, standing beside him. He appeared to be putting Andre through something.

"... And the dog appointment is tomorrow sir."

" Push that to next week, I'll head home first to see the decoration process." Andre said, his eyes still glued on the keyboard. His house was going through some furniture changes and he had obliged to his mother's persuasion to get a new dog. With the success of his company, he was too occupied at work that he had not made out time to visit Matilda again.

She must think he was a jerk who just stole kisses from her. He wanted to see her as badly but he wanted everything to settle down, so he'd treat her to some nice dinner.

"What's next?" He asked, feeling exhausted already.

"I made serious background checks on lots of sugar babies and I've compiled a list of the top and best ones. They have really awesome reviews." He turned the laptop slightly towards him and began navigating through the page.
