~Sebastian's POV~

My eyes opened slowly. The bright hospital lights hurt. Everything was white and clean and smelled like medicine.

I tried to move but my body felt heavy. Like I was made of stone. How long have I been sleeping for me to be this weak?

"Sebastian?" I heard my mother's voice. "Sebastian, can you hear me?"

I turned my head toward her voice. Hellena was sitting next to my bed. Her eyes were red, as if she had been crying.

"Mom?" My voice came out almost like a whisper.

"Oh, thank God," she said, grabbing my hand. "You're awake. You're finally awake. I thought my eyes were deceiving me. You are finally awake."

I looked around the room. Alfonso was there too, standing by the window. Even Lucy was in the corner, which surprised me. We had never been close.

"How long?" I asked.

"Three weeks," Hellena said. "You've been unconscious for three weeks. We thought... we thought we might lose you."
