There was another meeting going on at the exact same time as for men who were dressed to kill were trying to figure out where Kit was. They had staked out her house the night prior, and she did not come home. When Nathan and Henry walked into the building they now worked at, they went highly unnoticed and walked into a conversation between the receptionist that they had had a run-in with yesterday. They didn’t even realize how serious the issue might possibly be at the office. The conversation that was going on could only be considered as office gossip, but they listen closely anyway. “Yeah, it was definitely Dr. Johnson’s car that was on the news last night, such a horrible thing to happen to her. I really hope that she’s on okay even though they said that there were no fatalities or injuries. The three men who were sitting in the car following another black sedan started to contemplate the fact that maybe the people who were driving that other car had realized they were being followed.
