DEAL FOR A DEAL

The silence in the small apartment was terrifying. Quick sobs had filled the kitchen as Adriana washed her tear stained face. Her heart was clutched under the pressure of her blood vessels. She was anxious about her kids. She fixed herself and locked the door of the apartment while her hands trembled vigorously when she tried to put the key in the keyhole.

"Damn it!!" She cursed herself before leaving the building. She had called the cab and went straight to the place where she was asked to be present.
