Vivian

The chair I sat on at the dining table creaked noisily as I stood from it, walking towards Nana's figure.

My smile widened at Alpha Kael before dragging her out away from his presence. I didn’t want him saving her this time.

"Vivian," he called out after me, but I kept moving.

"I will be right back," I said, not sparing him a glance.

We were now outside in the garden, two men from the rogue pack with me.

"I want you to teach her a lesson she would live to remember for her entire miserable life..." I ordered before stomping back into the palace.

I trust they knew exactly what to do, and I didn’t want Kael finding out about it.

"I'm back," my nervous smile did best to hide my unease. "You know what? You are right, let's go out to have dinner. Gosh, that Omega just ruined my mood." I feigned annoyance, my hand gesturing in the air.

Kael's bushy eyebrows knotted together, his eyes scrutinizing me. "Where's the maid?" he inquired.

My shoulders fell back at his question. "Just a litt

AlexaHector had come to me earlier, telling me I was from a pack called Silver Wolves Packs, but I still felt they were hiding something from me. And just when I heard someone call my name, when Lucy and I were headed to the dining room, my steps quickened. One thing was sure: this person knew me, and I couldn't deny the fact that she looked familiar.I had made a scene, ordering her to be my personal maid, and yes, they bought it.My eyes met with the hurt in her—disappointed—as she followed me. Lucy had been beaming all through the way to my chambers."You had the audacity to call your Luna by her name!" I shouted, looking around my room, trying to find something to be done, but found none. But I needed her to stay with me. At least she had helped me remember my past—whoever she was.I dragged the lacy curtains from their hold, throwing them down to her. "I want you to make an outstanding dress for me. Use just a needle and thread. I don't care how you are going to get that done, j

KendellI waited patiently for morning to come, and it didn't quite take long when Alpha Asher walked back in. "Greetings, Your Highness." He bowed, turning his face to the guard, who looked slightly tired."Greetings, Alpha Asher," the guard bowed. "I think His Majesty wants you to read this," he gestured towards the board.A product of our sleepless night. Well, maybe his."Hmm," the words left Asher's mouth silently as he seemed to be reading my words internally. I was secretly hoping he had read it out loud, but nevertheless, he was reading it."Sure, Alpha Kendell, that can be done," he said, his voice firm.Good. I smiled to myself. At least I would be able to have a say in something."We would prepare you for your royal bath, Your Highness," two ladies in gold beads and accessories said behind Asher."Oh yes," he said to their acknowledgement. "These are my royal bath attendants. I figured you might need a bath and need a change of clothes. I can't imagine how your bones might

George"What happened to Irikah?" My brows arched together in question."She's lost a lot of blood. I doubt she’ll make it," Darius responded, his hand still stained with her blood.Confusion set within me, as I dashed towards the en-suite of the Palace. "What do you mean by that?"There she was, lying weakly on a bed, her body pale. I knelt down close to her, tears threatening to let out.But just then, finding a new surge of strength, I took her hand into mine. "I won’t let you die, Irikah. This is my promise to you."She smiled sadly, as if telling me a silent goodbye."I can help," a lady appeared from behind."And who are you?""I'm Lady Nana's friend, and I think I can help her," she said, a box of something in her hand."You can trust her, Beta. She's good at what she does, and she helped us a lot in your absence," Elora admitted.I sighed as I went out of the room, allowing them to go on with their task."Follow me," I summoned the two guards who were most trusted in Silver Wo

SeleneI could just materialize into the air and appear in Bright Claw Pack, or take the form of a bird—something to have made my journey faster—but no, I walked all the way from my burning lair to the Pack.Trying to calm myself, because Xena was sure not going to like what I had planned for her...“Greetings,” a guard gestured when I reached the gates. “Do you have an appointment with the King or his son?” He asked in a soft tone.“No, I don't, but I want to see Xena.” He contemplated going in to announce my arrival, but also didn’t want to be the cause of hindrance. Not every day do you see a witch visit, and when you did, it was mostly because of great importance. The loud cracking sound of the doors flew open, and soon I was with Bright Claw Pack.“Welcome, Selene,” the Queen—Norman's mother—greeted.“Thank you,” I said, as I neared her.“What a pleasant surprise to have you here,” she added, before whispering into the ear of a maid, who left and returned with a bottle of wine.I

NanaFoolish.Yes, maybe that was what I was. I mean, what was I thinking coming to rescue Alexa from the Vampire Prince? The guard who had caught me sneaking in pushed me forward, causing me to stumble.A loud laugh echoed through the surroundings. "So it is a she-wolf," he added, his annoying laughter growing louder. It was Salamanca's Prince. My hand caught my fall, and I used it to steady myself for the time being. Who knows—maybe he took George also? But I had to find a way to rescue them both and escape this place."So you are the minion who dared invade my privacy?" his metallic, cold voice sliced through the air.I didn’t respond to him as I let my eyes travel around the faces present there. And then I saw him.His shocked face softened into a smile, and then a hard laugh. "Well, well, well, look who we have here?" he remarked, letting his eyes linger on me."You bastard. First you caused havoc in the pack, and came here to hide," I spat out."It looks like you couldn’t have e

DexterThe Moon Goddess should be over and done with me already. I cursed internally as my eyes met the ray of light. Why wasn’t I dead yet? I hated this painful existence. My bruised body still ached.I adjusted myself on the bed as I recalled the events playing back in my head. The brutal beating George gave me. Kia's presence in the dungeon, and me here."I can see you are awake now," his loud voice spoke as he sipped on a cup, his glittering outfit threatening to blind me. Was every day a fashion show to him? "I almost thought you were a sleeping beauty," he chuckled, dropping the cup in his hands to my side.I ignored the pain of my aching body as I responded, "To what do I owe this, Kia?""Why did you save me?""..." Words were forming on his lips, but I interrupted before he could continue."If you did that to rub it into my face that you are superior or wanting to get a thank you from me, then you are in for a big disappointment."He smirked as he ran his hands through his hai
