Raquel’s POV
I tried my best to focus on myself and my work. Stephanie was really helpful in keeping me on work mode. She wasn't as helpful this week due to the wedding planning though. Paul is quite persuasive. He kept sending flowers every day since our date. He also kept calling and texting. I decline his calls and ignore his texts. I wasn't being heartless. I just don't want to give him hope.
"Just act surprise when you see him." Claire stated when we got to the gallery.
"I am not. You know I can’t act."
"Fine. Let's look for Javier."
"Okay."
"Congratulations." Claire embraced Javier.
"Thank you. You did all the hard work all I did was paint." He replied.
"Don't be modest. Your work is magnificent." Claire replied.
"Claire is right. You have amazing artworks. Congrats." I embrace him.
"Thank you. Look around and if you see anything you like just let our staff know."
