In every action movie, there was always this guy who would say something dumb like 'expect the unexpected '. The dumb thing about it was that once he bravely let those three words out his mouth, there was no manual that came along with it. No list of instructions on how to confront the unexpected or how to react to the unexpected or what the unexpected really was to begin with.

Kind of like how her life was at the moment. A whole bucket load of unexpected shit hit her whack in the face and there was no way to confront it, no way to tackle it because in the first place nothing made sense.
