ALEXANDER POV

The soft click of the door unlocking made my fingers tighten slightly at my side.

I frowned at myself. Nervous? Since when? I had sat across boardroom tables filled with men twice my age without blinking, signed deals worth more than most people would see in a lifetime without hesitation, yet standing in front of this particular door, waiting for it to open, my chest felt strangely compressed.

Annoying.

The door swung open.

She stood there with her hands on her hips, her gaze

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   THE PAST HAS A WAY OF RETURNING

ELENA POVI looked at the proposal again. Then at Mama. A slow smile crept across my face. "Set up a meeting tomorrow."Mama raised a brow. "Tomorrow?""Yes." I pushed the document toward her. "Both companies."She understood immediately. "Mr. Blackwood and Mr. Kelvin?""Exactly."She nodded and picked up her tablet. "Yes, ma'am."As she walked away I leaned back in my chair. Well, well. My past really had decided to chase me from every direction. First Alexander. Now Kelvin. What was next? I sighed and rubbed my forehead. I didn't have time for this. I had Adrian to worry about, a company to run, and a collaboration to secure. And apparently two men from my past had decided to make my life interesting again."Mama." She stopped at the door. "Yes?" "Thank you. You can go." She nodded. "Take care of yourself, Elena." "I will." She left. I looked toward the hospital room. At least Adrian was getting better. That was what mattered. Everything else could wait.********************

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   THE THINGS WE DON'T SAY

ELENA POVI couldn't wait to get out of the hospital. Not because I hated being there, but because every time I looked at Adrian lying in that bed, my heart tightened. He was doing better now. The doctors were pleased with his recovery, but they still wanted to keep him under observation a little longer. And I wasn't taking any chances.I sat beside his bed, watching him sleep. Six years of fear had taught me one thing, never take a peaceful moment for granted."Are you staring at him again?"I turned. Adriana stood by the door with her arms folded. "I wasn't."She raised a brow. "You've been staring at him for almost ten minutes.""He's my son.""And he's sleeping.""So?"She shook her head. "You're impossible." I smiled faintly. Then my eyes moved back to Adrian.A voice came from the other side of the room. "So, young CEO." Adrian's eyes opened slightly. I looked over. Liam was sitting beside him. "What?" Adrian murmured sleepily. "You're planning to take over the company soon?

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   ANOTHER CHANCE

ALEXANDER POVI stared at Adriana. "Not married?"She nodded slowly. "Selena is single, Alexander."My brows pulled together. "But I saw a ring."Adriana sighed. "Of course you did.""I saw it on her finger.""That doesn't make her married."I stared at her. "Then what is it?"She gave me a look that said I was missing something painfully obvious. "You are really clueless, Alexander."I almost scoffed. "Excuse me?""Did you even ask her?"I opened my mouth. Nothing came out. No. I hadn't. I had seen the ring. I had seen Liam beside her. I had seen Adrian call him Dad. And somehow my mind had connected every piece before I even bothered to ask the woman herself.I rubbed my jaw. "She's with Liam.""She's not. And that doesn't mean she's married to him."I stared at her. "Then who is she married to?"Adriana rolled her eyes. "No one."My chest tightened. "No one?""Selena is single."I leaned back. For the first time, the pieces weren't fitting the way I had convinced myself they did. "

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   THE LIE

ADRIANA POVSix years. Six years since I had held my sister. Six years since I had heard her laugh beside me. Six years since I had been able to reach for her whenever I needed her. And now, standing in the hospital hallway, I could barely take in the woman in front of me.Not because she had changed beyond recognition. Because she had changed in ways I hadn't been there to witness. Selena looked older..not old, just grown not in a bad way. There was a tiredness in her eyes that hadn't been there before. A strength too, but not the stubborn kind I remembered. This was the kind of strength that came from surviving things alone. My heart ached. "Sissy..."Her eyes stayed on me. For a second she simply stared. Shock filled her face. Then something broke across it and she rushed toward me. I barely had time to open my arms before she crashed into them. I held her tightly. And we both cried. No words. Just tears. Six years of missing each other pouring out in one embrace."I missed you,

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   HE'S A FIGHTER

ELENA POVThe surgeon's face was grave. "Mrs. Moretti..." My heart sank. "What's wrong?""Adrian is losing too much blood. We need to transfuse him immediately."My entire body went cold. "His blood type…" The words left my mouth before he could finish. "AB negative."The doctor nodded. "Yes."I closed my eyes. No. Not again. I knew exactly what that meant. AB negative… one of the rarest blood types. And with Adrian's condition, the hospital never had enough of it stored."We've contacted the blood bank," the doctor continued. "But we're currently short on AB negative."My hands began trembling. "How much time?""We're trying to stabilize him, but he needs blood as soon as possible."I stared at the operating room doors. I had spent five years learning every detail about my son's condition, every medication, every warning sign, every possible complication. I knew his blood type. I knew how difficult it could be to find. And now, when my son was lying behind those doors fighting for h

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   THE HEART OPERATION

ELENA POVTwo days. It had been two days since Adrian collapsed. Two days of hospital walls, sleepless nights, and watching my son lie in a bed surrounded by machines that seemed far too large for his tiny body.I sat beside him, my fingers wrapped around his little hand. He was asleep… at least he looked peaceful. That was the only thing keeping me sane. I lifted my eyes toward the monitor beside him. The steady beeping filled the room. Beep. Beep. Beep. I hated that sound. Not because it was unpleasant, but because it reminded me that his heart was struggling. My thumb brushed gently over his fingers. "Mommy's here," I whispered, even though he couldn't hear me. My eyes burned. I hadn't slept properly. I barely ate. Every time I closed my eyes I imagined him at the amusement park, his tiny hand pressed against his chest, his face twisted in pain, and Alexander carrying him.I swallowed hard. The doctor had warned us. "We need to find a donor soon." Soon. That word had been haunting

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   CHAPTER FIVE: MR BLACKWOOD

SELENA'S POV "Do I know you from somewhere?" My heart nearly jumped out of my chest. For one terrifying second, I thought I had been caught, that he had remembered, that he would suddenly recognize the woman who had shared a night with him and disappeared without a word. I forced my face to rema

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   CHAPTER THREE: LAST TIME

SELENA'S POV My eyes slowly opened as the warmth of the morning sun brushed against my face. For a moment, I didn't move. My head was heavy, my body sore in places that made memories of last night rush back like a sudden wave, the club, the drinks, the stranger. My heart skipped. Slowly, I turne

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   CHAPTER TWO: SHATTERED

SELENA POV I stood frozen. Tears poured down my cheeks, my body shaking violently. I wanted to go there, to tear them apart with my bare hands, to scream until my lungs gave out, but I couldn’t move. My husband… fucking my best friend. My best friend… I could barely breathe. I turned to leave,

  • ACCIDENTALLY PREGNANT WITH THE BLACKWOOD HEIR   CHAPTER ONE: BETRAYAL

SELENA POV“Congratulations, Mrs. Hale. You’re two weeks pregnant.”The doctor’s voice stretched forward with a smile, hands reaching out as if expecting joy. But my body refused to follow. My temple throbbed, sweat prickling against my skin. My hands trembled, my legs vibrating under me. No. No,
