“ We don't need it,” Lena replied immediately.

“ Huh?” Jayden asked, shocked. staring into Lena's eyes as if he could find the answers there.

“ We just ate”

“ But we pathed an hour ago”

“ And we just ate like I said, we don't need the snacks.”

Jayden looked down at the shopping bag and then at Lena, “ they are just snacks, nothing personal” he shrugged.

“ I know, I'm not thinking anything silly, we just don't need it, that's it!”

“ What's that?” Sophia called out from inside standing up from her seat, “ what's going on there?”

“ Nothing!” Lena turned her head back into the room, “ nothing, just go back to your seat.”
