I had just made a new discovery. How didn’t I know? Connor’s last name is Ace? He is really that powerful? I should’ve known from the influence he’d used in getting me out of cell, the house, the cars, the maids. I was expecting him to be filthy rich, but really, this had exceeded my whole expectations. I was already lost in my deep thought until the voice of the attendant jerked me back to reality. “Try these on, Miss” She said, handing me a pile of female suits and gowns. “That is the dressing room, you can call for my attention when needed” She continued, pointing towards the dressing room. “Okay, Thank You. A nurse had come in to check on me. “Where is Mama and Papa?” I asked, wincing as I struggle to sit up, but failed and Uncle Eddie helped me back down and told me not to stress myself. I asked again “Mama and Papa?” Uncle Eddie face dropped and he braces up. “Alannah, you’ll have to calm down, Okay?” He said. What does that even mean and why? “Ok.” Was all I could let out. “On your way to Disneyland, a drunk truck driver bumped into your parents car and it was really serious. Now the medics, the doctors.
