I look at all the work lay ahead of me dreading my everyday rouatine as if its gonna change, Its the last chore i have to do before pepareing breakfast, Hands and knees on the long white tile floor with a scrub brush that has a handle long enough to fit my fingers through, When i look at the old father clock in the living quarters i can only assume it to be five am from what ive overheard pack members, say you can almost see the sun peaking over the dark sky, I need to hurry i keep repeating to myself over and over again. If anybody see`s me out in the open im dead meat they take joy in seeing me suffer sick mutts, I still have bruises and lashes from the last time i wasnt quick enough to disaper.
I let the scrambled eggs cook while i set up the breakfast table plates are put in place for the count of ten people, Eggs bacon toast ham chops you name it. As i turn around to set the rest of the table i hear footsteps i start to temble i can`t sense whos coming but i can guess no other then the great alpha marcus.
`Well arent you up bright and early` Now i know hes behind me he balls my hair up in his fist i flinch he chuckles at my pain `whats wrong bunny your looking alittle skinny today`.
`You dont fed me remember`.
That was a bad thing to say alpha marcus whips me around still having ahold of my hair pins me against the wall opens his hand and slaps me across the face i fall to the floor holding my face.
`Go clean up then hurry back in the dinning quarters and when your done go to your room i have a vistor today i dont need to f***king it up so stay in your room untill your told to come out`.
you mean my closet i dont dare to say out loud
its around six thirty when everyone makes way to the table, Everyone sits down. i havw few seconds to look out the window and see the trees and the sky im not allowed to go outside once when i snuck out i got put in the cell for two weeks without food.
A sudden noise brings me back to reality `move quickly make no eye concact` i reapeat to myself atleast 20 times a minute, as i get to beta Blake i face plant the floor i turn back to see one of Alpha marcus playthings amber she smirks and tries to hide her giggle, I just about got up to slap her when i remember what would happen if i dared to touch her i was lower then dirt to everyone here if i died tommorow they`d be happy the only thing they would miss is they wouldnt have anyone to bully anymore. `Now amber try not to bruise her face` i hear alpha marcus say `we dont need anybody getting suspicious about whats happens they think bunny here is a pack member` i hear him add on to his previous comment. I finshed serving everyone else their food lucky the stunt amber pulled was enough to keep them all satsfied for the rest of the morning.
`You can go now b**ch` Amber almost spits in my face, I ignore it as i go clean the kitchen i can hear them talking ,Its almost her birthday ,I hear jake say alpha marcus`s gamma he used to be nice to me untill his dad found out and punished him for it, i guess the former alpha order everyone to not get close to me i was the daughter of tratoirs .` when is her birthday` beta blake asks `february13th` alpha marcus adds thats my birthday thats in two months ,they conversate for awhile while i was doing the dishes and then finally someone asks the qeustion ive been waiting to hear.
`so whos coming to visit us today my love` amber says to alpha marcus `Kade Ironrigde` hw replies
I gasp..ive heard that name why is he coming here .
Kade and sera Two Years Later — Their Happy EndingThe WeddingThe morning of their wedding rose like a blessing. Ironridge and Silvermoon territory shimmered under pale gold sunlight, the air warm enough to carry flower-scents but cool enough to feel alive.Today wasn’t about politics or power.Today was theirs.Sera stood before a wide stone arch woven with white blossoms—Elara’s flowers, carefully replanted from the last surviving Silvermoon grove. Her gown flowed like moonlight made silk, embroidered with threads that caught the sun and glowed softly with her aura. She wore her mother’s ceremonial silver circlet, restored and redesigned to fit her without dimming its lineage.Kade waited at the other end of the aisle, dressed in deep black accented with silver marks of his rank. He looked half-feral, half-softened by awe, as if every step she took toward him unraveled something powerful inside him. When she reached him, he took her hands gently, thumbs brushing her knuckles, his
ONE MONTH LATER — FULL SCENE One month had passed since Marcus’s defeat, but the scars he left behind were slowly being rewritten into something stronger. Sera had spent the weeks tirelessly rebuilding what remained of Blackwater’s former structure — freeing servants, dismantling abusive hierarchies, giving every displaced wolf a choice: stay, leave, or find a new place within the united packs. Many chose to stay under her. Some sought fresh beginnings. But none were forced, and that alone began healing wounds deeper than she expected. Ironridge and the newly reborn Silvermoon stood side by side, allied through her mate bond with Kade. Two packs intertwined, two alphas leading together. And today… Silvermoon’s heir would finally take her place. The Ceremony The evening sun spilled gold across the forest clearing as Sera stepped forward, wearing the ceremonial robes that had once belonged to her mother — soft white fabric trimmed in moon-silver thread. Recovered from the ruins. R
Alernating Pov:The clearing was silent. Two packs—the entirety of Ironridge on one side, and Marcus’s ragged force on the other—stood facing each other beneath the ancient stone circle. Dawn filtered through the trees, pale and cold.Sera stood with Lyra and the healer, every muscle trembling with dread. Kade stepped into the center of the ring without fear, rolling his shoulders, gaze fixed on Marcus. The officiating elder raised his voice.“The challenge has been issued. Trial by combat. Shift when ready.”Marcus grinned, teeth bared. “Try not to die too quickly, boy.”Kade didn’t answer. His eyes flashed molten gold. Both men shifted.Bones cracked. Fur burst forth. Two enormous wolves landed on the moss—Marcus a hulking red beast, Kade a massive black wolf with gold-fire eyes. The fight exploded instantly.Marcus lunged with savage force, jaws snapping for Kade’s throat. Kade dodged, slammed his shoulder into Marcus’s ribs, sending the red wolf skidding across the earth.Ironridg
KadeThe warning horn sounded through Ironridge just after dawn—low, deep, urgent.Sera was the first to react, her wolf surging beneath her skin. She ran to the balcony overlooking the courtyard. A line of armed warriors stood at the border of the pack grounds, and at the front—Marcus. Her stomach dropped.Kade appeared beside her in seconds, eyes flashing gold. “He picked the worst possible day to die.”They descended to the courtyard together. Ironridge warriors formed a protective wall, growls vibrating in the air. Marcus stood at the front of his force, smug, cruel, unchanged.“Return what is mine,” Marcus barked as soon as Kade stepped forward. “You stole her from me.”Kade’s aura exploded, thick and furious. “She is not property. She is my mate—and she is free.”Murmurs rippled through both sides. Sera stepped slightly behind Kade, her skin crawling under Marcus’s gaze.Marcus smirked. “Mate? Is that the lie she told you?”Kade snarled. “She doesn’t lie. Unlike you.”Marcus’s
Sera The walk back to the pack house felt different—quieter, heavier, but steadier too. Kade didn’t let go of her hand once. And Sera didn’t want him to.Her body still hummed with the aftershocks of her shift, her senses sharp, her emotions raw. But beneath all of that was something warm and steady flowing between them—a bond, thrumming like silver thread woven through her heart.Inside Kade’s office, he sat her gently on the couch and pulled a leather-bound folder from his desk. His face was serious now, almost solemn.“There’s more you need to know,” he said softly. She nodded, bracing herself.Kade opened the folder. Inside were old documents, digital printouts, and faded photos.“This,” he said, pointing to a photo of a tall, dark-haired man with striking silver eyes, “is Alpha Theron. Your father.”Sera’s breath stopped.“And this,” he turned the page, revealing a woman with long white hair and a smile warm as sunlight, “is Alpha Luna Elara. Your mother.”Something inside her c
Alternating pov:Dawn had barely touched the horizon when the pain woke me—sharp, rolling, electric. My whole body trembled, skin too tight, bones burning. I gasped and clutched the blankets, trying not to scream. The door flew open.“Sera.”Kade was already at my side, dropping to his knees. He must have been waiting. Watching. Ready.“It’s starting,” I breathed, voice shaking.“I know, baby. I’ve got you.” He swept me into his arms, holding me like I weighed nothing.Every step he took toward the forest sent another pulse of heat through my blood. My wolf clawed at me, desperate, wild, so close I could feel her breath in my mind.KADEShe was burning in my arms—her skin flushed, heart racing too fast. Every instinct screamed to help her, shield her, take the pain for her. But this was something she had to go through herself.I carried her into the sacred clearing, the one our ancestors had used for generations. Lyra and the healer were already waiting, faces solemn but supportive.“
