Hearing Selena call his name, Alex knew she was going to come into the room soon. He had been applying ointment to Cher's foot when he thought of fiddling with her feelings.

He had been getting hints that she liked him but if she did, his feelings should come first above her interest. Whatever it is she feels towards him, he would use it to punish her. Until it was time to push his plan forward, he would play around with her feelings for a little while. At least she deserves every bit of punishment.

"Your highne..." Cher began to call, her face against his chest but Alex hushes her.

"Ssshhhh! Calm down. I've got you, okay?"

He knew Cher was rightly confused but she grabbed him anyway and hugged him back, his hand moving up and down her back in a loving manner.

From the corner of his eyes, he could see Selena walk in, her eyes holding back something that looked like pain. However, she did a good job to conceal it.

"Your attention is needed, Alex." His name sounded like she was holding
