Beta Kane's POV (surprise)

I was so fucking angry with my best friend. Yes, the great alpha king is my best friend. But since the last so many years, he has forgotten that fact; it's time that he gets a reminder of it. As I was leaving the cell I looked at that 18-year-old girl again who was sleeping like a baby on that fucking prisoner's bed.
