Winston's POV

I could already tell Angelina was giddy just by looking at her.

I could also tell she had something to say and for what I consider to be a very odd moment in my life, I realized that I actually did not have the time to keep on playing the game we had been playing over the past few days.

I would have loved to call it hide and seek but it was more like hide and I have no time to seek. I simply didn't have the time to seek her out.

After the kiss she had given me that night, she had been avoiding me like the plague.

I couldn't wrap my head around what the problem could possibly be. I had asked her for permission, I had asked her nicely too, she had given me consent and she let me kiss her. She even kissed me back for one quick minute before she smiled at me and left, and that had been it.

I saw that she didn't want us to go farther than that and I accepted that for what it was.

I walked her off to her door so why the sudden cold treatment?
