Alina’s POV“My son, he is doing just fine with me and I don’t think he would want to come with you,” I muttered. What was I even saying? How was I going to tell Zach that he’s only son had gone with one of his biggest rival pack leaders? I shook my head and then moved away from him. “If this is some kind of a joke, I don’t want it to repeat itself.”He didn’t say a word. He just nodded and then started to go to the train again. His steps were fast and it seemed like he had a reason for walking in that direction. When we finally got to the train ground, Kayden paused and watched from a distance. Alpha Zach’s POV While we were still in the meeting, one of the soldiers walked inside the room, panting heavily. His face was covered with scratches and his eyes were filled with urgency. “What is it?” My beta Jason asked. “There is a meeting going on, and we made it clear that we didn’t want to be interrupted. He almost chased the soldier back but then I noticed that it could be urgent and the flood on his face needed some explanation. “Wait!” I muttered. “He is injured Jason, we have to make sure that he is attended to… and probably check the cause for his injury.” Jason immediately stepped back as I took a step closer to the soldier. “Tell me, what happened to your face? Alpha Zach’s POV Something wasn’t right with Bella. I couldn’t explain it, but lately, every time she walks into a room, the whole place changes into sadness. Her laugh was too forced.
