Alina’s POV

“My son, he is doing just fine with me and I don’t think he would want to come with you,” I muttered. What was I even saying? How was I going to tell Zach that he’s only son had gone with one of his biggest rival pack leaders?

I shook my head and then moved away from him. “If this is some kind of a joke, I don’t want it to repeat itself.”

He didn’t say a word. He just nodded and then started to go to the train again. His steps were fast and it seemed like he had a reason for walking in that direction.

When we finally got to the train ground, Kayden paused and watched from a distance. I was still beside him, but didn’t say anything.

Roy and the others didn’t even notice our presence. They are so concentrated on what they are doing. Carl and the other soldiers were also watching carefully.

“All right,” I said as Roy stepped forward. “Let’s see if you can hit the wooden target gently this time.”

No way, I had to stop them because I didn’t want Kayden to see something else.

  • ALPHA'S REGRET: RECLAIMING MY REJECTED LUNA   Chapter 34

Alina’s POVThe morning breeze was crisp as I stepped outside, the dew still clinging to the grass beneath my boots. Birds chirped somewhere near the woods, and for a moment, everything felt peaceful. But peace was a stranger in our pack these days. But there was something that was bothering me, and that was the fact that Zach had not visited me since he left that day after arguing with Kayden. I wanted him to feel jealous and regret why he left me in the first place. But, it now seems that. All I did, did not affect him. I hadn’t tried to call him either because I felt I pushed him away even when he tried to come around. The craziest part of it all was that I needed him now, and I wanted him to be around Roy. Most especially now that Roy was beginning to change. My father has said that the strength inside my son would develop each day. I never knew it could be sooner. At first, I thought he was just growing fast, stronger, maybe a little moodier. Normal things for a young wolf. B

  • ALPHA'S REGRET: RECLAIMING MY REJECTED LUNA   Chapter 33

Alpha Zach’s POV While we were still in the meeting, one of the soldiers walked inside the room, panting heavily. His face was covered with scratches and his eyes were filled with urgency. “What is it?” My beta Jason asked. “There is a meeting going on, and we made it clear that we didn’t want to be interrupted. He almost chased the soldier back but then I noticed that it could be urgent and the flood on his face needed some explanation. “Wait!” I muttered. “He is injured Jason, we have to make sure that he is attended to… and probably check the cause for his injury.” Jason immediately stepped back as I took a step closer to the soldier. “Tell me, what happened to your face? It seems like you were attacked.”“Forgive me Alpha,” he apologized first and then began. “We were attacked at the border, and I had to escape to come inform you.” “What?” I exclaimed. “Why are you just telling me this?” I was bitter but then I needed to go see for myself and possibly provide a solution. I

Alpha Zach’s POV Something wasn’t right with Bella. I couldn’t explain it, but lately, every time she walks into a room, the whole place changes into sadness. Her laugh was too forced. Her face was never sad each time she was with me but now, I felt maybe she was angry, although I didn’t care about her. I was concerned because she was a member of my pack and I was only given the role of a leader. Lately, I felt like she has been keeping a close eye on me and I didn’t like it. One evening, I was having a meeting with the soldiers and some other elders in the pack. The door to the secret room where we were seated suddenly cracked open. We were not expecting anyone so we immediately turned around towards the other side and shockingly I saw Bella standing just beside the door. Shit! Not again… I muttered inside my mind. I didn’t want everyone to think that I was giving her too much privilege so I had to query her and make her understand the wrong that she was doing. “What are you d

Alpha Zach’s POV I chuckled. Since when did Alina become his responsibility? Was he trying to make a joke? I laughed and jokingly walked closer to him. “What’s the meaning of this?” I asked. “I expected you to do better, she is not your responsibility nor is she mine. But we have something in common and that is our son.”Kayden immediately dropped back and slowly narrowed his eyes away. I knew he was lost and didn’t know what else to say. Was he going to stop me from seeing my child? I didn’t think so.“You don’t have the right to visit the boy after you abandoned him years ago.” Kayden finally woke up. “You are shameless, Zach.”I smiled, clenching my hand by my side. What did you know about me and Alina? He knew nothing. He was just rephrasing what he was told.I didn’t want to say much or argue anything with him, but I was certain that sooner or later, my fist would be on his face if he didn't keep his mouth shut.“What do you care about? My life with Alina has nothing to do with

  • ALPHA'S REGRET: RECLAIMING MY REJECTED LUNA   Chapter 30

Alpha Zach’s POV The moment James ran into my office, I knew something was off and whatever could have made him run so fast would definitely be important to me. I didn’t know what it was but deep down, I prayed that it had something to do with Alina because she still hadn’t taken my calls. “What’s happening?” I asked curiously. “She’s back,” he said, his voice calm and firm. “I just got the information now and she didn’t just return alone, she came with the boy.”Finally, I let out a heavy breath. I didn’t waste any more time. I stood up at a fast pace, shaking the chair that was behind me. “Where?” My voice came out rough, almost a growl.“She is in her new pack,” James replied almost immediately. “Thank goodness, we have to leave now!” I snapped. “I want to know how my boy is faring.” “I heard the boy is fine but there is a problem,” James said, the smile on his face gradually fading away. “There…” he suddenly paused. “But what?” I asked again, my heart racing faster than us
