"Lisa?" he called, She dropped the knife immediately and looked at him. "Oh, Liam you're back?" She darts at Aurora and back at him. "What are you doing with that?" He asked, coming closer. "Oh, Aurora dropped this, after placing her on the bed, I picked it up" Lisa smiles. "You should be careful with those" Liam giggled. "Yeah, I think she cut herself" She says, Lisa picks the knife from the floor.. "What?" "I am just kidding, but she yelled, cried before going to sleep" Lisa says. "Why?" "She believes Lady Gina's serving girl died because of her" "Thank you, Lisa" Liam glanced around. "You're welcome, well then I think I should excuse you" she breathed. "Lisa?" He called. "Yeah?" "I knew I should have gone to her!" Aurora says. "Stop it, it isn't your fault" "What if that's why she came to my chambers?" she panicked, bitting her nails. "Aurora, listen to me" Liam took her hands off her mouth, "You haven't slept for the past two days... you're pregnant, remember?" He patted her head. "Shouldn't you see, Lady Gina? she has to know" She says, Liam sighed. "Aurora!" he gripped her hands. "Don't tell at me, I am scared" she says. "You have to eat, you're causing danger to yourself" He explained, but Aurora hands kept shaking. "Hey," He held her hands tight. "We would find whosoever that did this okay?" He says.BB "Lady Daniella, How is she?" She bit her lower lips, blinking severally. "Sire?" Edward calls from behind the door, Aurora narrowed her gaze towards the door. "Come in" Liam says "Sire, your presence is needed at court." He bows. "Why don't you get a warm bath and..." He whispered in her ears, "and put on something nice for me?"

Climbing over her, meeting her lips. He pulled away for a second to look into her eyes, "Ready?" He placed her legs over his shoulders, Aurora breath increased and she nodded. Liam pushed into her, holding her head in his arms, Aurora wrapped her legs around his waist. "Liam!" she moaned, kissing his ears, their breathing ragged as they both enjoyed each other. Her moans softly faded away, as hours passed. Few hours later, Aurora was fast asleep when she heard a strange noise, she opened her eyes to the dark room, she touched around and Liam was nowhere to be found. "Liam?" She called, assuming he had gone to shower, Aurora took off the sheets, coming down from the bed when she heard the same noise again, like someone had fallen. "Sania? is that you?" She searched the wall for the switch, "Kara?" she assumed, slowly she walked closer, Aurora trips over. "Oh! Sania? I'm sorry," she says, crawling through the wetness of the ground. "I am, where did you get this grape from it's really sweet" she commented, Kara and Sania looked at themselves. "Grape?" Sania asked. "Yeah, grapes" Aurora looked at them, smiling. "What's wrong? you didn't get them?" She panicked. "I did... from my parents place" Kara blushed. "Oh, really? when did you leave?" "Ahh, that... my brother brings them twice a week" "You have a brother? does he work in the palace?" She asked, munching on her grape. "No, he's a farmer" Kara says, looking at Sania. "Can you tell him..." Aurora swallowed, "Can you tell him, to bring some more?" She lickef her lips. "It would be an honour!" She bowed, Sania shook her head. "Do you want some Sania? the King must have scared you a lot" Aurora furrowed her brows at her. "No, Your Grace... I wouldn't dare!" She says, Kara chuckled. "It's fine... I wouldn't be mind" Aurora assured her "Your Grace, you need to prepare for the burial" Aurora froze, she has totally forgotten about that.

The palace, bell rang over and over around the palace, it was a custom that whenever a royal had passed on, the bells would keep ringing from the moment the news had reached the King till the next day, and Aurora in her chambers late at night, stared through the window. People from all over the citadel, stood with candles in their hands mourning the late Queen mother. Liam was stuck in her chambers till the next morning. "Your Highness, the King had ordered you to sleep" Sania weak voice says. "How can I sleep knowing my husband isn't fine?" she sniffled, turning around, Sania, Kara and Lia were on their knee in a white garment. "For the..." Sania says. "Why are you all kneeling?" She asked, confused and staring at them. "It's the custom?" "To kneel for no good reason?" she chuckled at their stupidity. "Yes, Your Grace" Kara says, wiping her eyes, Aurora took a deep breath "The King?" "Your Grace, he would..." Aurora hissed. "I need to see him, it's midnight and he hasn't st

"Don't!" Sania stopped Lia from opening the door to Aurora's chamber. "Oh, you're here" Lia says, smirking at her. "Yeah, I am..." she rolled her eyes at her. "Why are you guys outside?" "Don't!" Sania yelled. "What?" Lia and Kara, replied gawking at her. "The king is with the Queen" she whispered. "You mean he left here?" Kara asked. "Yeah, he does that a lot..." Lia says, Sania nudged her, sighing. "So, we should probably wait... till he leaves" Sania says. "No, we should go back" "What? are you crazy? what if she needs us?" "After we left, was that when he came?" "Yeah, that time... Her Highness was in the shower" Sania paused, she looked around and gathered them together. "What happened?" Kara asked. "She won't be needing any," Sania mimicked, laughing. "Needing what?" Lia asked, for further understanding. "Her clothes, I assumed" Sania leaned back, shrugging. "Oh my God!"
