THREE YEARS AGO
After bullshitting her way out of the Drysdale villa, Vanity managed to flee. The only place she considered going was to Nolan; he loved her and there was no way he would refuse to assist her and take her in.
She couldn't go see the Drysdale elders because she was afraid they were involved in all of this and would get rid of her once they found out about the family secret, but Nolan was different. He had always treated her well, so she was confident that he would assist her.
So Vanity went to see her, and although he was surprised to see that she had come to see him, he still welcomed her with a smile, which put her at ease. She told him everything after taking a shower and eating some snacks and juice.
