I opened the cap of the board marker. "Your team spirit." I wrote on the board.

They all 'o' ed and I was once again the spotlight. "Every fashion company doesn't see technology as the fastest way to make money. But the economy is built on it. Would you like to come to a company to buy your clothes or order from the comfort of your homes?"

They all replied the obvious.

"Good. Everyone would like to order from their homes right? But is that all? What about sizes? Heights? The correct shoe size? Body shape? Are you going to order that too?"

Another raised his hands. "It's simple, I can easily input those things when I am placing the order. It is left for the company to give me what I want."

I shook my head at his reply. He wasn't right and he wasn't wrong. I turned to the board again, drawing the outcome plan arrows I had seen online. "Good. But what if you aren't given what you wanted? What about those who aren't well versed in English? How are they going to type in their preference? W
