“Why? It is a place everyone would like to buy even ten years from now.” I disagreed.

He clicked the roof of his tongue. “I see what you are doing but I will play along. I am a business man too.” He glances at the ceiling too. I didn’t know if it was for emphasis or to make fun of me. “The world evolves everyday, Dalia. Who wants to invest in a building that can be demolished anytime from now? I’d rather invest in the land, knowing full well that I can get double the price of this building in ten years time.” He completed with an evil smirk on his face.

I swallowed, hiding my surprise. “You are good.” I admitted. Why didn’t I meet such an intelligent person at graduation?
