Seth regains consciousness.

A drip.

A drop.

A beep far away.

That was all Seth could hear. For how long? He had no idea. All he knew was that he laid there, alone, somewhere. It had taken a while before he could get his sense of orientation. Before he knew that he was on his back. Aside from that, it had all been a jumble of nightmares and memories.

Or at least that was what it felt like.

When he had first come into consciousness, unable to raise his hands, to open his eyes, to speak, it had been extremely uncomfortable. Heck, he had been afraid. He had felt quite suffocated as if he had been stuffed in a metal box by a magician who lost the key. Quite the imagination but really, terror had flowed through his veins enveloping him.

But solace had come. It came in the form of an angel. His angel. A beautiful, brown-eyed angel, whose strong words soothed and calmed his nerves. Whose voice seemed familiar. His Bella.
