Two weeks later,

Ethan has really stayed away as he promised; I haven't seen him around, and life has been very peaceful. I walked into Dr. Tonia's office without knocking; she was on her seat, glasses stuck to her eyes as she scanned through the few test results in front of her.

“Hellloo,” I greeted, dropping my bag on her desk while I took my seat opposite her.

She looked up from what she was doing; she saw me and smiled. Compared to the last time I saw her, she has definitely aged a little.
