I went out of the room to drink water in the kitchen. I found Maria while preparing food for lunch. It was noon before I left the room.
“Hi, Maria.” I wave, walking to the refrigerator to get water.
“Hello Ma'am, how are you?” she asked with worry.
“I'm fine, I felt a little off, but I can manage it.” I sparingly smiled at her before pouring water into the glass and gulping it down.
“What are you cooking, maybe I can help”, I asked curiously placing back the water. The smell is delicious and appetizing. My stomach rumbled because of it. We both laughed while in front of what she was cooking.
