"In that case, Mr. Adnan, we will conduct a thorough examination and ensure your condition remains stable," said Dr. Rani, her gaze attentive. Her voice was gentle yet firm, reflecting the professionalism she had built over decades of practice at Pekanbaru City General Hospital.

Adnan nodded slowly, his eyes bright with unmistakable curiosity.

He followed Dr. Rani and her colleague, Dr. Adi—the surgeon who had operated on his brain tumor.

A question lingered in his mind. "What about the tumor that spread through my brain? And can type‑2 diabetes, which plagued me for three years, truly vanish after drinking that mysterious potion the System gave me?" He wondered if the healing had already begun.

They arrived at the third‑floor examination suite, equipped with the latest MRI machine and advanced body‑function monitors. The room was cool, spotless, and orderly. Bright neon lights gleamed off every polished surface.

"Please lie down on this table, Mr. Adnan. We will rescan your brain, check your blood sugar levels, and assess other vital organ functions to monitor your progress," Dr. Adi explained as he prepared the forms and adjusted the machinery.

Adnan suddenly remembered one of his main rewards—the 30% Restoration Potion, meant to gradually cure his brain cancer and diabetes. He had not yet taken it.

"Dr. Adi, may I use the restroom in this room for a moment?" Adnan asked politely, wanting to take the potion privately so as not to arouse suspicion.

"Of course, Mr. Adnan. Please go ahead. We will prepare the equipment while you are away," Dr. Adi replied with a kind smile.

Adnan stepped into the small restroom in the corner. As soon as the door clicked shut, the System reappeared before him, glowing pale blue light.

SELECT ITEM TO USE

---

He quickly selected the 30% Restoration Potion. Instantly, two small glass vials appeared in his hands—one labeled BRAIN TUMOR RESTORATION, the other DIABETES RESTORATION.

Without hesitation, he uncorked them and drank the contents quickly.

Gulp! Gulp! Gulp!

He carefully discarded the empty vials into the waste bin beside the sink.

A warm sensation began spreading from his throat throughout his entire body. The heaviness and persistent pain in his head faded, replaced by a lightness he had not felt in years.

He looked in the mirror and gasped. His skin—once dark and dull from diabetes—was brightening, looking fresh and clear. He raised his hands; tiny scars from diabetic injuries on his fingertips were smoothing away.

"Wow… even at just 30%, this works incredibly fast," Adnan whispered in awe, watching his own transformation. He could hardly wait to see the official results.

Satisfied that the changes were subtle enough not to raise alarm, Adnan washed his hands and face, dried them, and stepped out. He looked relaxed, his complexion glowing faintly—though he tried not to show it.

"All done, Mr. Adnan?" Dr. Adi asked, looking up from the MRI controls.

"Yes, thank you," Adnan nodded. His step felt lighter than before, as if a great weight had lifted.

"Please lie back. We’ll start with the brain MRI, then run blood tests to check your sugar levels and organ function," Dr. Adi said, adjusting the pillow so Adnan lay comfortably.

Adnan settled onto the cool, soft table. Dr. Rani covered him with a light blanket and placed small electrodes at his temples and forehead to monitor brain activity.

The MRI hummed to life, its rhythmic thrum filling the room as the doctors watched real‑time images of his brain.

Twenty minutes later, the scan finished. Dr. Adi retrieved the images and data. He and Dr. Rani studied every detail closely. At first their expressions were neutral—then their brows lifted, their eyes widening in disbelief.

Blood test results emerged, showing numbers vastly different from before.

"This is impossible… it is truly remarkable!" Dr. Rani breathed, unable to look away from the screen.

The MRI showed that the tumor in Adnan’s frontal lobe—once about four centimeters wide—had shrunk to just one centimeter, with clear borders and no sign of spreading. His blood sugar, usually around 320 mg/dL, had dropped to a healthy 95 mg/dL. Kidney and liver function were excellent.

Dr. Adi bit his lip, his hand trembling slightly as he held the report.

"Mr. Adnan… what happened while you were in the morgue? Did you take something?" he asked, thoroughly confused and intensely curious.

"No, I haven’t taken anything at all," Adnan said, keeping his voice as steady as he could. He had to lie—how could he possibly explain that his healing came from a potion given by a mysterious System living inside his mind? Dr. Adi studied him closely. His sharp gaze moved from Adnan’s face to his hands resting atop the bed. "Wait… am I mistaken? When you were wheeled into surgery, your skin was dark and dull from severe diabetic complications. But now… it’s clear and fresh—like someone who has never been ill a day in their life," Dr. Adi said, gently turning Adnan’s hands over to examine every detail. Adnan felt his face grow warm. He scratched his cheek, though it wasn’t itchy, and turned toward the window overlooking the hospital garden. "You… you must be seeing things, Doctor. Perhaps it’s just the lighting in here," he replied, his tone evasive. Dr. Adi shook his head, unconvinced. "Is that so? I do not believe I am mistaken. I have been a doctor for over twenty years—I kno
