Chapter 52

"Did you somehow remember anything?"

Charylle's voice was full of hope as she listen to him explains. There was a glint of happiness in her and she couldn't contain the smile she's been keeping.

"I did, when you first visited the orphanage. I only remember a few, but you were in it and Xander too."

She remembered the kid who bumped into her at the supermarket. The one who looks like Collin. That was the name the man called him.

"Y-You know who Xander is?" She stutter. There was something in her that was anticipating for his answer, she was hoping that he'll remember him as his twin brother.

He shrugged, playing at the little girls hair to give her attention while we're interrogating her.

"Mama said we were together when we were brought here. Both of us has amnesia. The man who brought us here didn't say anything about our relationship but they said we look like brothers." His eyes was still fixed on the little girl but she could see that he was thinking deeply.

"Where is he now?"
