LOGIN(Violetta POV)
I opened my eyes and looked at the room, which seemed unfamiliar. I rubbed my eyes and tried to remember where I crashed last night. All the events of last night came in front of my eyes, and I clutched my aching head to suppress the pain of a hangover.
“F*ck, f*ck, f*ck! I am so dead,” I want to kill myself for spending a night with a hired model, but now what is done is done, so there is nothing I can do right now except face the consequences of my actions.
“Violetta! You are dead meat now,” I mumbled under my breath when I heard the sound of the shower.
“F*ck! He is still present in the shower,” I quickly put on my dress and stood up from the bed when the door of the bathroom opened. A breathtakingly handsome man emerged with just a tight towel tied around his waist. My eyes shamelessly traced every dip and line of his pecs and abs. Even a drop rolled towards his V-line, I gulped hard to stop the urge of l*cking that drop.
“I hope my patron is enjoying the view,” I noticed his smirk and quickly turned my face away.
“I-i don’t know what you're talking about,” My face turning red with embarrassment.
“You look cute while blushing,” He commented, and I narrowed my eyes at him.
“I hope you were satisfied with my performance last night,” He asked, and I felt like I would die with embarrassment here.
“Y-yeah! It was okay-ish. I-i have to go now,” I tried to run away when he gripped my wrist and pulled me towards his sturdy body.
“W-what are you doing?” I asked in a dumfounded tone.
“This,” He said, and slowly zipped up my dress, which I forgot in my haste.
“Th-thanks,” I said, and tried to free myself from his arms, but he wasn’t ready to let go of me.
“I-i have already put your money on the side table. Let me go now,” I asked, but my voice was on the verge of panic. He took a deep breath like he wanted to fill his lungs with my scent. A shudder of lust and want ran down my spine, but I controlled myself and quickly ran away from that room. I heard his deep laughter, but I don’t care about that handsome distraction anymore.
**“Where were you last night, Violet?” My father’s stern voice stopped me from heading towards my room.“Why?” I turned to face his red, angry face.
“You br@t! You have the nerve to show this useless attitude in front of me. I think you forgot that Claudia is our goddaughter.” After hearing his words.
“But you abandoned her when she left Alpha Liam three years ago and now… You suddenly forgot everything just because she is back with Alpha Liam. But you forgot one tiny detail that she is back with Alpha Liam after ruining your daughter’s relationship with Alpha Liam. And, he was my fated mate,” I tried to state the facts, but his expressions didn’t change even for a second.
“I don’t care about all this. Since he rejected you for obvious reasons, I think you should accept their relationship without any fuss.” My heart bled at his heartlessness.
“Your father is right. You are mature now, and you shouldn’t behave like a child over your godsister’s happiness.” My mother stepped towards me, and I felt like someone had slapped me hard in front of a crowd.
“Oh really, Mom! You should check if Claudia is your real daughter instead of me,” She clenched her fists in anger.
“Violet! I don’t want to hear a single bad thing about Claudia. She made a mistake in the past, and now she is back, so we should forgive her for this misstep.” I gritted my teeth to stop myself from saying anything harsh.
“They will hold a Luna ceremony next month, and you have to attend this ceremony with us,” My father finally came to the point.
“No! And no one can force me to congratulate that home-wrecker sl*t for ruining my relationship and snatching my fated mate from me,” I answered in a determined tone, and my father became displeased after hearing my answer.
“Violetta! We didn’t raise you to be a brat,” My mother chided in disappointment.
“You are right. You raised me to be a perfect puppet and slave, but I managed to turn to be a brat on my own.” I answered before heading upstairs and locking my door behind me. All the angry tears that I held back in front of my parents welled up in my eyes.
“Why can’t they support me like other parents? Moon Goddess, I did every single thing to make them happy and proud, but every single time, they put the bar a bit high. Am I really cursed?” I asked the Moon Goddess, and my heart bled because every single person made me feel unloved and cursed… Like I was nothing for them from the start.
“Please end this pain… Please!!! I can’t live like this anymore. All the memories of the night and this morning faded, and pain surrounded me again as usual.

*“Why didn’t you join us at the Lunch or dinner table yesterday?” My father asked when I came to the breakfast table with swollen red eyes, but they ignored it.“I wasn’t hungry,” I answered in a clipped tone. He took a deep breath like he was gathering courage for something.
“Okay! We have made a decision for you. I hope it will help you to overcome this pain and betrayal.” My father’s word made me stop, and I almost dropped the pancakes on the table. My head whipped towards my mother and father like he told me something in a foreign language. Maybe it would be normal if it came from normal parents, but from my parents, who spent their lives running behind wealth and status, it was surely nothing normal.
“And what is it?”
“We chose a groom for you. An alpha from the north, who is willing to accept you as his luna even if you are b… Barren,” I blinked my eyes a few times to digest their words.
“Okay,”
“Aren’t you happy?” My mother asked in an excited tone.
“What’s the age of the Alpha and what’s the name of his pack?” I asked in a serious tone. My mother’s smile dropped.
“What does this mean? Do you think we will select someone incapable for you?” My father’s tone didn’t surprise me. When I didn’t answer, he clenched his fists in anger.
“Shadow sand pack and his name is Alpha Warren Black,” He answered, and I quickly typed his name in my phone.
“I will think about this proposal and then give you my answer,”
“Nope! We like this proposal for you, and he is serious about you,” My mother quickly answered, but the information G****e gave me was really impressive.
“Wow! An Alpha with 20+ years of experience in the werewolf council and owns two companies,” I answered, and a proud smile crept on their faces.
“In his 56 years, he got married six times, and every single bride died in the first year of her marriage. Multiple cases of s*xual assault on min0rs and embezzlement… Hole Goddess! From where did you get this perfect match for me, Mother?” I asked in a serious tone, and their faces almost looked pale after hearing information like they expected me to say ‘Yes’ to their proposal without even doing a general G****e search. Am I really that dumb in their eyes?
“All of them are false. All the people are after their wealth, so they love to do this type of sh*t. I am telling you… No one will accept a childless luna, so you have to lower your standards,” My father advised me in a serious tone.
“And you think I am this desperate for marriage that I will marry a 56-year-old man to compensate for my childless state, which has nothing to do with me?” I asked them, but they didn’t answer me.
“I am f*cking tired of these types of conversations. If you guys can’t act like proper parents, then please don’t even try… I will find someone for myself… on my own. You guys don’t have to worry about all this.” My blood boiled after looking at their perfect proposal. I pushed my phone aside and looked at their emotionless faces.
“We have raised you for 21 years, so we are worried about your life. If you fail to find a man by the end of this month, then we will accept this man’s proposal for you. This is final,” My father announced in a stern tone.
“Don’t worry, Violetta. He is also willing to give us 10 million dollars in dowry,” My mother added to encourage me, and I looked at her face with teary eyes.
“You guys want to sell me out to a s*xual predator?” I asked, and her smile fell.
“No, Violet! We are just trying to find a suitable partner for you, and we are doing nothing wrong at all… After all, we have raised you for so many years,” My mother tried to defend her stance, but I didn’t have the power to hear any more of this sh*t, so I stormed out of my house before I started feeling suffocation.
She left for the Designer Competition in the morning and he wanted to accompany her but the emergency meeting held him back. He gritted his teeth when he ended the call of his assistant and told Violetta everything. He wanted to be there for her to assure her that someone was present to cheer her and to support her but this meeting... he groaned and left when she boarded the plane. He finished everything in just a day and now, he was at the airport again because the competition will end in three days and he only missed the first one. He still has the chance to accompany her. A smile crept on his lips with the thought of her. Who would have thought that this contractual marriage will change into something serious like this. He looked around. He was excited to see the reaction on Violetta's face when she will see him in her front of her hotel. He never felt like this before today, so it was all new for her. His fingers were itching to send her a quick text but he controlled himself
The mansion was too quiet when they returned. Not the peaceful kind—this was the kind of silence that pressed against the ears, that settled into the bones after something monumental had happened. The kind that followed truth when it was dragged into the light and left there bleeding.Violetta slipped out of her heels the moment they stepped inside. Her feet ached. Her head throbbed. Her chest felt… hollow. She hadn’t realized how tightly she had been holding herself together until the doors closed behind them.Draven watched her carefully. She moved slower now. The sharp confidence she’d worn in the hall had softened into something fragile, something human. She walked to the sofa and sat down without a word, folding her hands in her lap like she was afraid they might shake if she didn’t.He crossed the room and knelt in front of her.“You should have told me,” he said quietly. She looked at him then—really looked. His eyes weren’t angry
The hall chosen for the meeting was old—older than most of the men seated inside it. Dark wood. Stone pillars. Ancestral symbols carved into the walls like reminders that power here was inherited, not earned. Every Alpha present wore pride like armor, their Lunas seated beside them, elegant and watchful. Violetta walked in beside Draven, her hand resting lightly in the crook of his arm. She felt the tension ripple through the room the moment they entered. Whispers followed them. Curious. Judging. Measuring. Some still saw her as the outsider. Others as the woman who survived too much and didn’t break. A few—very few—recognized her as something more dangerous. Rafael King sat two rows ahead. Perfect posture. Calm expression. His wife sat beside him, pale but composed, her hand resting protectively over the child in her lap. A beautiful picture. A tragic lie. Violetta looked at the woman only once. That was enough. The grandfather entered last, leaning heavily on his cane, e
Violetta did not sleep. Not really. She rested her body when it demanded rest, but her mind never stopped moving. Every breath Draven took beside her, every quiet rise and fall of his chest, reminded her why she couldn’t afford weakness—not now.If his world was built on power, then power was exactly what she would learn to wield. She worked in silence. No dramatic declarations. No promises spoken aloud... Just action. Her phone became her weapon.Old contacts. Former colleagues from the corporate world who owed her favors. Friends who had once whispered secrets in confidence and now trusted her enough to do so again. She reached out carefully, never revealing her purpose, never mentioning Draven’s name outright. She asked the right questions. She listened more than she spoke. And slowly—thread by thread—the truth unraveled. It was Mara Smith who finally cracked the wall. They met late at night in a quiet café on the edge of the city, the kind of place where secrets clung to the corne
The party faded behind them like a dream that lingered on the skin.Draven’s hand remained at the small of Violetta’s back as they walked through the palace gates, his thumb brushing slow, absent circles as if to reassure himself that she was real, that this peace was real. When the guests dispersed, Draven pulled Violetta into a dark corner with a teasing smile plastered on his face. “So, what were you saying, My Queen?” Violetta furrowed her brows and acted clueless. “I don’t know what you are talking about,” She answered, and he snaked his arm around her waist and pulled her closer. “Let me remind you then, My Queen,” He said and pressed his lips to her plump lips. A groan escaped his throat, and Violetta’s heart fluttered. Heat pooled in her core, and she tried hard to control it. But his closeness was not making it easier for her. “F*ck! I can smell your arousal, Love. And you are not making it easier for me,” He growled and deepened the kiss. Violetta smiled and put a hand o
The royal palace glittered like a living jewel.Crystal chandeliers poured light over marble floors, gold-threaded banners bearing the insignias of every major pack lining the grand hall. Power gathered here tonight—measured not just in titles, but in glances, alliances, and unspoken debts.Violetta stood beside Draven, her hand resting lightly on his arm.She wore deep emerald silk, simple but striking, the kind of elegance that didn’t beg for attention yet claimed it anyway. She felt dozens of eyes on her—some curious, some assessing, some sharp with envy.Draven leaned closer, his voice low. “Stay where you’re comfortable. I won’t be far.”She nodded. “Go. I’ll survive politics for a while.”His masked gaze lingered on her a heartbeat longer than necessary before he was pulled into conversation by a group of senior alphas. That was when she felt it.The shift.Liam.She didn’t need to look to know he was there. Some wounds never fully forget the shape of the blade. She turned—and t
