Leon stood up immediately and followed Julian out of the room.

Outside the villa gate, a woman in a pure white down coat stood with a dagger pressed to her neck. The front gates opened just as a car pulled in. A man stepped out, carrying a medical kit, and followed the driver into the house.

Leon and Julian stopped at the front entrance. Leon’s expression darkened as his eyes landed on the woman.

“What are you trying to do?”

“I want to see Sarah.”

Leon’s face hardened. Julian spoke first.

“Looks like you’ve already forgotten what happened last time. You actually have the nerve to show up in front of us like this? Did Steven not tell you that there are backups of the surveillance footage? Who gave you the guts to come here and threaten him? You think your life is worth that much?”
