Episode 24

Maya stayed at the hospital for a week to get adequate treatment, a therapist had also been assigned to her to help her deal with what happened and share her pains. When her doctors felt she was okay to face the world she was released from the hospital. Maya's mother called Craig and he helped her bring her home from the hospital. She had nightmares for some days after coming home that she was scheduled for another therapy and with time the nightmares stopped.

Physically Maya looked okay, but her spirit had been crushed by the ugly event. She used to be very lively and cheerful but now all she does since they came back home was to sit morosely at a dark corner and cry silently, her emotions pent up within her.

"What do you want for breakfast, honey." Maya's mum asked her, before going over to where her daughter was sitting staring into space. Since the incident happened two weeks ago Maya had refused to talk to anyone and only spoke when spoken to, she had literally shut the world out.
