LIZA POV

I’m a hopeless romantic, I always have been, and I am so used to the feeling. I always wonder about the things I’ve never experienced yet, like the day when I would meet the man in my dreams, my ideal guy, or that special someone.

But this world is rude enough for me to wash away that thought. Not everyone is up to endless love. I at the same time, am not too lucky for things like that, well maybe?

I had found love before. Well, that was a long time ago and I believe, the past is meant to be forgotten.

It was with Ian.

We had known each other since we were toddlers. Our parents would always want us to be together back then when we were just as good as babies. I spent most of my childhood days with him

until we became friends. Best friends.

One day, I was in our school and we finished an activity in our subject. I went to change my uniform at a place provided for girls only. When I opened my locker, surprisingly there was his tiny and cute black box dropped on the floor.
