Devastated was David's feeling right now, Lenny never thought would leave him with another man, a man who was none other than his best friend.

David tries to stay as calm as possible despite the fact that it is not an easy thing to accept this harsh reality. Accepting the fact that Lenny. Dumped him at their wedding.

"I never thought that my girlfriend and my best friend were secretly dating behind me,they both betrayed me and don't care about my feelings!" David looked so desperate and pathetic now.

Two people David trusted turned out to have stabbed his heart with a sharp knife, causing him great pain.

Wounds that may take a long time to heal, but will definitely leave marks.

Jessy hugged David from the side, she understood how he felt at this moment.

"I understand you must be very hurt right now but I think this is God's way of saving you, it would be better not to get married than to fail at marriage right."

Hearing Jessy's words made the man feel better.

David was grateful that Jessy had strengthened him at this time, David would have been weak if Jessy had not accompanied him.

Anyone in David's position wouldn't be strong enough to accept this fact, of course Jessy realized that and tried to cheer him up.

There were no words that David was able to say, the man was too shocked to get this fact. He tries to keep strong even though it won't be easy.

David looked into Jessy's eyes, a look of confusion mixed with fear on his face.

"What should I say to my parents and other?I don't even have the guts to tell the truth, Jessy."

Honestly, Jessy felt confused about what to say? She wasn't a good liar or the type of person who was good at calming other people down when they were down.

"I have no ideas to help you, what I can do now is accompany you and give you encouragement, by staying beside you like I'm doing now."Jessy released her hug then slowly formed a beautiful smile on her lips.

" Why did they have the heart to betray me? I've even always tried to be a good and understanding boyfriend for Lenny, but it turns out that what I've been doing hasn't made her stay with me." 

"Don't feel like you did something wrong because in reality you weren't wrong. They betrayed you because they are bad people and you shouldn't be with bad people, David."

The reaction that David showed after hearing Jessy's words was just silent, he didn't know what kind of response to that.

To calm David's heart, Jessy spoke again, hoping that her words would make David no longer sad.

"God loves you,He showed you who they really are. they don't deserve to be in life anymore that's why he separated you from them. Nothing happens by chance in this world, I believe in that."

"You're right, but what should we do now? I can't tell the truth, my father has a heart disease, I don't want to lose him."

David gripped Jessy's hand, making a pleading face.David's actions made this girl feel strange, she didn't know why David suddenly acted like this 

."My daddy has a heart disease if he finds out about this I'm afraid he will.....,please help me Jessy."

David's request didn't really matter if Jessy didn't have a boyfriend, the girl was in a dilemma now.

The girl didn't immediately give an answer, even though David's request was very difficult for Jessy to accept, she couldn't bear to refuse it.

After thinking about it Jessy told her decision.

"I'm sorry, I have a boyfriend and I can't do that,sorry."

Jessy knew her answer would hurt and disappoint David but it was better than Jessy having to hurt and betray her boyfriend, Kyle.

It is impossible to marry another man ,how can she betray the man who loves her so much,  they are even planning to get married soon.

Rejection did not make David give up, the man suddenly knelt down and begged.

"Only for a year ,After that we will divorce, I don't want my father to die , I beg you,Jessy."

This is a very difficult situation for the girl, on the one side she can't just let David's father die but it's impossible to betray her boyfriend.

The girl was really confused at this time she kept thinking what to do?

Knowing that Jessy was in a state of flux, David took advantage of this. He will do anything so that Jessy is willing to replace Lenny as his wife. The man was sure Jessy would accept his request,he just needed to make sure Jessy had nothing to worry about.

"I beg of you only a year.... We will divorce and I will find a way to keep my father alive when we divorce.The most important thing is that I won't interfere in your personal life, you can still date Kyle, I won't forbid you or get you in trouble."

Jessy then felt dizzy and she even wanted to scream loudly, get rid of David's hand that was holding hers and ignore the man,Jessy felt she had no obligation to help David, so if she refused it, there was no need to feel guilty.

But her lips could not speak ."Sorry, I can't help you."

It was difficult for Jessy to refuse David's request, especially since the man looked desperate and scared.

No other choice.

Jessy realizes that she is not a cruel and heartless person, despite the fact that destiny sometimes forces her to feel something she doesn't want or go through.

"Okay, let's get married... We will be married for a year after that we agree to divorce.... There is no sex and we have to make an agreement so we will sign it." 

With great compulsion, the girl finally agreed to David's request, she didn't have the power to refuse that. 

She hope this is not a decision that will be a disaster in the future.
