"Claudia, Claudia, answer," I hear her voice far away from me. "Claudia? Sis, are you still there?"

"No," is the only thing that comes out of my mouth. "Tell me it's not true."

"Clau, don't tell me that..." she formulates in a trembling voice. "Oh no, I'm sorry, I thought you knew."

"No, this can't be true," I say wrapped in tears. "Please tell me it's a lie."
