LOGINAlessio Giordano
"I'm sorry Alessio, we missed him again." Dante, my Beta informed walking into my office after another futile search for the spy.
"How did you miss it again?!" I groaned with anger.
Dante paused and gestured with his hands.
"Calm down. You don't have to let the beast take over. We sent some men to follow their trail. We should get info on them soon. Meanwhile, you should be fully dressed by now for the party." I cringed at his last words.
"What party?"
"The wife of the late Alpha of Silverton pack has a special announcement to make. She claims it is something that will move the pack forward." I tore my gaze from him, expressing my lack of interest in whatever he was saying.
"You've done some good business with the Alpha, come on. Let this be you paying him your last respects. You didn't even attend his burial." Dante pressed and I rubbed my temple with my fingers.
"I would go on one condition." I stated and he leaned in,
"I will get an update concerning the spy Alpha Dmitri sent." He nodded frantically like it was a done deal already.
"Fine. I'm not going now though. It's too early to go to a party now." I mumbled and pressed my back against my swivel chair.

The late Alpha's mansion was decorated with lights of all sorts, bright, dim, yellow, blue, red and green.
I scoffed. It seemed like they were here to celebrate his death rather than give an announcement.
"Try to act normal or calm at the very least. Don't upset people around and try not to step into matters that don't concern you. We have still been unable to change the narrative since the last time." I gritted my teeth at the reminder, my fingers curled into fists on their own. I didn't even realize until Dante whispered.
"Free your fingers and relax your facial muscles. I need to go get something. Go in first, I'll be with you soon." He tapped me by my shoulder and ran to the back of the mansion or goddess knows where.
That prick... he succeeded in bringing me to the party but abandoned me the minute I stepped into the compound.
I proceeded to the entrance, my face forward, my gaze unwavering and I mustn't have noticed the person approaching the door because we collided and she almost fell with a stumble.
I looked down at the fake and I could smell her weakness she had a wolf but it was so weak and I could also smell something unpleasant. Was it...pain?
'Are those tears?' I tried to process but she cut through my thoughts.
"I'm-- sorry, I wasn't watching my steps." She apologised briefly and walked away. I was trying to figure out why a young female would feel such pain but she left too early.
I got into the hall and as usual, the intimidated Alpha's kept their distance while the ones who loved spinning narrative about me whispered among themselves and the ones who wanted to confirm if I was as strong as I was or if I really had the beast like the rumour said, glared at me and looked for ways to annoy me or push me to my limits so they can see the beast.
I walked to the far end of the hall where the lights were dimmer and scanned through the hall from my end. I clenched my fists and gritted my teeth when I saw Alpha Dmitri in the hall, laughing like the maniac he is.
The urge to drive my claws into his face surged through me but I was suddenly distracted by a scene.
In the hall stood the lady I'd bumped into earlier, and she seemed to be confronting a couple who mocked her and for some reason it was interesting to the crowd. I focused on her. She looked like she was going to break into two in a split second and I felt the impulsive urge to pull her out of the situation but before I could make a move, a male pulled her by her hand out of the hall.
Maybe he was a friend. What the fuck was my business with what he is to her? I went to the mini side bar in the hall and decided to drink as I swore for Dante the bastard who put me in my current position.
After a couple of minutes, or hours -- I lost track of time-- I perceived a familiar scent and I turned slightly to see the female I bumped into at the entrance. She settled on one of the chairs and ordered some shots.
She took shot after shot with no intention to stop. I'd usually mind my business but I've been doing that for hours and there was something pulling me to her and for the first time in a long while, I listened and placed my hand across her lips.
She thought she was too drunk to get the drink in her mouth and I stifled a laugh watching her blink in confusion.
"That's enough drink for one day." I spoke and she almost jerked up from her seat. She turned to me and said some gibberish.
I could only smile. She stumbled but I caught and steadied her with my hands. Her eyes lit up like she'd remembered something.
"You... the hall..." I don't know why but I found it amusing.
Just then a stranger walked up to me and whispered into my ear, "Alpha Dmitri wants to have a word with you." I gritted my teeth at the sound of his name but I quickly put myself together. I nodded just to dismiss him and he bowed before leaving.
"...so you are the infamous CEO and Alpha of Blood moon pack Alessio Giordano?" I smirked. So she had heard about me.
Then just like that, she leaned in and whispered what totally caught me off guard.
"What do you say Alessio? Would you like to spend the night with me?" My face tightened. I didn't think of having an erotic night coming here even though Dante had mentioned that there were rooms for guests.
However it seemed like a great plan to get away from the hall and diss Dmitri so I led her out of the hall towards the staircase and followed through the hall with rooms on either side. The doors had names of different Alphas. I stopped when I saw my name and guided her inside.

"...Wake up Alessio! Damn it!" Dante's familiar voice echoed through my dream and I jerked from the bed.
"For the love of wolves why would you sleep like a dead man? Come on, it's morning. We need to leave so we can catch the spy." Dante continued but I looked around, rubbing my fingers on my eyes.
"Where is she?" I asked when I saw an empty bed. I remembered bringing that female into the room and I also remembered having s*x with her.
"What female?" Dante looked at me like I'd grown white margot beard.
"The lady, she..." I couldn't finish my words when he cut me off.
"Hold on, you brought a female into your room?! You? So you had a good time after all eh?" He began to tease me and I saw it as a cue to leave.
"Forget it. Let's go." I said with a frown and got to my feet.
However I never stopped thinking about her as we walked out of the hall and got into the car. I didn't even get her name or any information about her. And I was angry she left before I woke up. She must've thought this was a one night stand but I wanted more.
Shit! I needed to find her.
Chapter 13Alessio Giordano Gianna was weak. Not that I expected much but when she stood up to me in the room, I thought that she was intriguing and would be full of surprises but I wasn't so sure about that anymore. Her first day at the office was a memorable one. Ivy made it memorable by slapping her on her first day.Ivy was a pain in the ass but I couldn't do much about it. I usually ignored her while she threw tantrums around the office like a kid but when she slapped Gianna, something shifted.I don't know what it was but it was strong and I felt it. I gritted my teeth holding myself back from sending her out of my office. If I did that I would have to face her father whom I was supposed to be indebted to."What's up cuz?" Matteo nudged at me, cutting through my thoughts in the process."Hhmm?" I hummed"Has your feisty fiance seen the girl? She was at the office yesterday right? Did she see her? What did she say to her? Did she get the hint that you've fucked her?" He asked wi
Chapter 12Gianna MarinoThe next day, I wasted more time in my wardrobe looking for an outfit that wouldn't make me look over dressed or under dressed for the meeting I was following Alessio to.He didn't even tell me where we were going, only that I was going to come with him to a meeting. That wasn't helpful in picking an outfit.I scanned through the clothes Nana had brought me the other day and for some reason, I was looking for dresses, skimpy, sexy dresses.“Why do you assume he is going to take you on a date?!” I groaned, dragging my hand down my face.“Excuse me miss, the Alpha leaves in two minutes.” A maid announced poking her head by the side of my door.“What?!” I screamed despite myself, grabbed a corporate suit and pants and ran to the bathroom to get changed.I didn't have enough time to arrange my hair or do my make up, not that I knew how to do makeup. My hair was disheveled and Alessio's stare made it obvious.“Im sorry, I didn't have enough time to finish up.” I ap
Chapter 11NylahWe got back to my table and she handed me the cup in her hand.“Oh, thank you. I received it and proceeded to the door leading to Alpha Alessio's office. The duo were seated opposite each other but Alessio's fiance had stopped yapping about whatever she was earlier. She shot me a glare as I served the coffee and I prayed that I don't mess things up, tension filled the air. And my stupid mind didn't stop talking about how she was Alessio's fiance and I'd slept with him like a cheap whore.I wouldn't even be able to defend myself if I am being asked what happened because I was the one who asked him to come to bed.“Hhmm… if you didn't get my coffee well, this will be your last time working here.” She threatened as she brought the cup I served her to her lips.Still, Alessio sat there saying nothing like he was ignoring me or the both of us. Was he like this? The feared Alpha I've heard people talk about, was he controlled by his fiance?“Everyone knows that I do not jok
Chapter 10Gianna Marino'What the actual fuck?! The lady I saw the previous night was Alessio's fiance?! He had a fiance?! Oh fuck!! You've been a bad girl, Gi!' These thoughts ran through my mind that I forgot that she was still standing in front of me."What is this?" She asked with disgust. "Are you deaf or something? How did Alessio find you and put you here? What is a deaf person doing here?" She kept asking questions after questions."I ummm…" I tried to speak but I ended up making a mess of myself. The words failed to come out of my mouth. She didn't look like one who would warm up to someone, if she learns that I had a steamy night with her fiance, she might as well kill me. I wondered.Alessio's office door swung open and he poked his head out. Her loudness must have gotten to him so he came to see what was going on. What was causing the noise? She glanced at him once and followed him inside his office.I let out a breath I didn't know I had been holding all the while.Aless
Chapter 9Gianna Marino He leaned in, looking intently at me. There was a flicker of amusement in his eyes, like my words had caught him off guard.I didn’t flinch—not even a little.“Do you understand what you're asking from me?” he said, his voice calm. Not as cold as before.“I do. I know this might be the end of me, but I’d rather meet my end fighting for what’s rightfully mine than die without trying,” I replied. He paused, sizing me up for some seconds before nodding.“Fine. You’ll work for me, if that’s the case. And you must stay close—where I can monitor your movements. I’m not promising revenge, but I have resources you can use to dig up secrets.”I nodded and stood. I had no problem learning how things were run. Staying close to him would even help keep me safe.It was a win-win situation.“I’ll see you tomorrow,” I said and walked out of the room.Once I was outside, I bit down nervously on my lip. The adrenaline was wearing off, and I realized—I had no idea where I was g
Alessio Giordano "Ivy's here," Dante informed me when I got close to the hall."She's not supposed to be back now," I muttered and pushed my way through the door.I saw her seated on one of the chairs by the long meeting table. Legs folded, picking her fingers."What are you doing here?" I asked, my voice laced with its usual coldness. She looked up and held back a smile."Is that a way to welcome your fiance? We haven't seen for three months now and you don't look like you missed me." She complained.I had no time for women's problems, I had better things to do with my time."I told you I have been busy," I replied, already sick of the discussion. "You've been too busy to pick up my calls or reply to my texts? You're too busy to even look at me properly! How busy can you get? Are you also too busy to even smile back right now?" Her face contoured with a frown."I spoke with your dad. He said you were coming next week." I replied, ignoring the list of things she pointed out."Yes,
