“Wait. Why are you dragging me into this mess?” I demand, resisting his hold. I look back to find alpha Aiden staring at us, his gaze reproachful but also sad. Before I have any time to process this information, I find myself back in the office. Azriel lets go of my hand and I almost stagger before steadying myself.
