I chuckled to myself as I stood up from the bed. Olivia's naivety makes me wonder if she has always been like that.

I know she hasn't eaten since yesterday and already instructed the maid to get her something to eat after showing her to her room.

I get that the way she was brought up shaped her life, I equally know that she's scared of voicing her opinion to me, of course, she's scared of me just like the rest of my people.

But living with me isn't going to be all rosy for her, she will have to learn and get used to the new way of living around here.

For some reason, I want to be soft on her and treat her well. After three years, I got to see someone who could act as a substitute for Nina since they are similar in so many ways.

I'd have thought that they were from the same family if I hadn't known that Nina was from a more welcoming family where she was loved and cherished.
