Chapter 140

Alpha Damon didn't ateend to the matter in court. He declined all of them. He didn't even get to see Meridith neither did he hear the news of her pregnancy.

He spent all night searching for Daisy with his troops of army but all his efforts were left futile.

He had to return to the palace looking as dejected as ever.

Not sooner har Damon settled, a knock came at his door. "Alpha.."

Hearing Salvatore's voice, Damon turned sharply, "What is it, Salvatore?.."

"There's a matter that requires your attention in court.."

"Dismiss it, I do not want to be disturbed."

"But Alpha, they said it is very urgent otherwise they wouldn't have come to seek for audience at such a late hour" Salvatore rushed out, really hating being at the end of this matter.

Silence.

Damon sighed. He picked up his kingly garment and wore it. They have been calling him all day. He has never been an Alpha to ignore duty, talk more of an urgent one.
