Avery Elise's P. O. V.

"But not all Rogue deserves to be punished for a long time!" The man defended while looking seriously at Duke and Beta Koby. "We repent, too!"

I played on my fingers while thinking about their conversations.

"Yeah, you repent, but do you think it's enough to have you forgiven?" Beta Koby clenched his jaw when I looked up to him again. "I don't think so. Maybe some of you do, but not those who've done things wrongly."

The man became silent after hearing what Beta Koby said. It's as if he felt humiliated and didn't utter any more words to defend the rogues. Well, I understand, really. Because I, too, felt the same humiliation. The way how everyone views us would always be the same, even if we meant for it to happen or not.

"T-Then, what are you going to do now, Lycan King? Will you let your Queen know about this? Or… You'll hide this from her?" He looked hesitant when he spoke again after a minute of silence between all of them.
