“Damn, girl. You can bite,” She chuckled, whereas I purse my lips glaring daggers at her.

“Fair enough, fair enough. I think I deserved that,”

“Damn right you do. Where the hell were you these past few weeks?!” I huffed out in frustration.

I felt betrayed, knowing all along Amy was at campus the entire week, yet she had not once come to me.

She looked at me with pity before letting out a sigh.

“I’m sorry, bhabe. I had no choice. Everybody in school had to ignore you because…”

I pull my brows tighter. “Because what?”

“Because Hunter forced us to.”

“He did what?!”

She hushed me, bringing a finger to my lips before various profanities escape my mouth.

“Keep your voice down!” She says in a hushed tone, glancing at the door as she points out the students now roaming the halls. I was too absorbed in my trance that I didn’t care.
