I looked at my mate into the eyes and answered with a question, "Are you, perhaps, making fun of me?"

He chuckled making it sound like bells in my ears and stretched his hand. I looked at his palm and held him before he helped me stand up.

"Sorry, I'm just tired right now." I said. I was honestly tired and clueless. I didn't know what to do than going with the flow.
