The next day, I make sure to wake up early to make sure everything is in order. I haven’t been able to do anything for this in a week. I have had to sit by and watch her come to school with bruises and marks all over her. I know she has tried to hide them, but just the way she has been acting and by what she has been wearing I can tell. Things have been getting worse for her at home.

I need to do everything I can to protect my mate. I need to get her out of the horrible place that she has called home. That is not a home. Everything is almost in order, there is just one more thing that needs to be clarified. My dad is waiting on a call from the council, we need approval from them before I can be allowed to tell her she is my mate. They are taking longer than normal with making their decision which is odd. I just need them to hurry up and decide so I can have my mate with me. I miss her and she doesn’t even know she is my mate.
