Chapter 58 - Logan
Did she seriously say what I think she did? ‘You heard our mate just fine.’ Jericho snorted. ‘So mark and mate her.’ he added. “Aurelia…,” I sighed, looking at her, trying to find anything in her eyes that says she’s not serious.
“I want this, Logan. I want you,” she whispered, blushing. “You’re killing me,” I groaned, resting my forehead against hers.
Her forehead wrinkled as she looked at me, a little confused. “Do… do you not want to?” she asked, starting to lean away. I adjusted my hold so she couldn’t. “Oh, that’s not the problem. I want to,” I assured her with a short, hungry kiss.
“But?” she sighed as I pulled back from the kiss. “Your parents are in the backyard waiting for us,” I reminded her.
She groaned and leaned her forehead into mine. “How could I forget that?” she sighed. “Apparently, you are just that horny,” I teased, nipping at her lips. “Asshole,” she grumbled against my lips as she wrapped her legs around my waist.

I really hadn’t wanted to walk away from Aurelia at the training grounds. Not just because I don’t like being away from her, but also I want to know what Alex wanted to talk to her about that involved quitting. If he’s quitting, that means I win the bet. It also means he’s as weak as I imagined. I even let him join the fifteen-year-olds, so he had a better chance. But I should have put him in Hana’s group, judging by how badly Violet beat him today. It felt damn good to put Jenna in her place earlier. Hopefully, she learned her lesson. Not only to never mess with me but that Logan is mine. I knew he was there watching. I could feel his eyes on me. Alex and Silvercloud had come out to watch, but they came close to watch, unlike Logan. After the fight, I noticed Silvercloud had been recording. I went from just learning how to fight in and out of my wolf form. I could not be more proud of my mate and all she’s accomplished in the last year and a half since we met. I can’t imagine anyone else would have so quickly taken to finding out everything Aurelia has. To learn that she’s a werewolf, mated to an Alpha, and is, in fact, the last of an Alpha bloodline, all while handling being a high schooler. My mate is one hell of a woman. After her graduation, we began the plans for her Luna ceremony. We also planned to merge our packs during the ceremony. Linking both packs as one was probably for the best, given some of my pack members had found their mates among the Fire Wolf pack. We were still on alert, and Silvercloud was tracking the movements of the Cholmáin pack. So far, they don’t know about Aurelia or that the survivors of Fire Wolf have come here.
